Cream Cheese Buffalo Chicken Won Tons

YOU GUYS. If you’re up for a bit of frying, this will easily be one of the most appetizing appetizers you’ll ever consume! My husband love love loves anything Buffalo chicken…wings, dips, sandwiches, wraps, salads…basically anything doused in Frank’s Hot sauce. I always know when his taste buds don’t jive with my dinner if he pulls out Frank from the fridge.

If there’s not too much heat, I enjoy it too, which is why I not only can handle these Buffalo Chicken Won Tons, but I devour them as swiftly as my spouse. And, the fact that we now live in Buffalo puts this appetizer at the top of the list for us. There is a bit of prep work, but the warm gooey middle of these crispy wrappers are worth every second of wrapping! If you enjoy buffalo dip and anything fried, then mark my words – you will not be disappointed!

2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 pkg won ton wrappers
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1/4 C hot wing sauce
Vegetable oil
Blue cheese dip

Boil the chicken until cooked through. Dice into tiny pieces. Mix chicken, cream cheese and hot sauce together well in a large bowl. Place a small dollop of mixture on won ton and close from one corner to the opposite on diagonal. Shut wrapper tight with water on the edges. Fry until golden brown. Serve with your favorite blue cheese dip, carrots and celery.

Lessons I learned from my Pottery Barn couch

I learned a lot from my couch. Yes, it’s true. That awful, ginormous hunk of ugly that is my overly expensive Pottery Barn couch. It’s the color of poop and it sits in my living room as my daily reminder that the things of this world will never satisfy…and will
